Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Win-Win Textile. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Once we have received the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
